Cincinnati Coin Laundry offers energy-efficient coin or Smart Card
operated laundry equipment to
Apartments,
Universities, Condominiums,
Hotels / Motels, Residential
institutions, and other multi-family housing properties.
Typically,
customers choose one of the three options:
- Full Service, We pay you!

With this program, we sign a lease agreement with the property
owner to rent space (the laundry room) in your building. In
addition to paying you rent for the space, we pay for all
installation, equipment, service, property tax, liability insurance,
and replacement cost.
- Equipment Rental

- With this program, we provide the equipment as described above,
except the property owner assumes full responsibility for collecting /
counting the coins, the cost of any vandalism, and property /
liability insurance. Additionally, you pay a flat fee for
service and equipment, regardless of usage.

- Equipment Sales

We sell and service Speed
Queen and Whirlpool Commercial
laundry equipment. The owner is responsible for all expenses
after factory warranties.
